A craftsman for your operation.
Not an AI agency but a craftsman: we build what your shop floor really needs and measure whether it works. That starts with knowing what a day on the floor looks like.
From the floor, not from a lab
Opswright was set up by someone who spent years in the staffing industry and saw where things go wrong: with the planner who has three sick reports by seven in the morning, with the new worker who does not understand the briefing. Komvaya grew straight out of that.
So we do not start with technology but with half a day on your floor. Only when we see where the time leaks away do we choose what to build.
We talk in your numbers
A board does not want a story about models and algorithms; it wants to know what changes in the numbers it already tracks. That is why, before the pilot, we fix which KPI we measure, how we do it and what the baseline is.
| KPI | How we measure it |
|---|---|
| Week-one drop-out | Share of new workers who stop within seven days, from your own planning system. |
| Questions to planners | Number of incoming questions per planner per week, before and during the pilot. |
| Manual hours | Hours your team spends each week retyping and chasing, measured in two sample weeks. |
| Sickness absence | Absence rate per team, from your payroll or HR system. |
See first, then decide
Within two weeks of the floor scan you have a working prototype on your own phone, in your own brand style. You show it to the people who will use it, and their reaction counts for more than our presentation.
Only when the prototype is right do we talk about a pilot at a fixed price. That way you never decide on the basis of a promise.

Works with what you already use
We connect to the systems your planners and payroll team already work in. If a connection is not possible, we tell you before the pilot starts.
